2026-3 Manipulating Deadly Force

Image
On the Wednesday morning of 7 January, 2026 at approximately 0937, an American citizen was shot and killed by an ICE officer in the residential street of Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The person killed was a female, white, 37 years of age, a wife, and a mother of three. Her name was Renee Good. There were no reports that Good had a criminal history, and no reports that she had any outstanding warrants for her arrest. Renee Good was the driver of a Honda Pilot SUV. At the time of contact by ICE officers, Good had stopped her vehicle in a sideways position facing east, blocking a portion of the one-way, southbound lane of traffic on Portland Avenue between 33 rd and 34 th Streets. Good did not appear to be armed or present any immediate threat to herself or the community. In video footage taken at the scene, her demeanor appeared to be polite and spoken with an assuring tone. When confronted by multiple ICE officers who approached the driver's window of her ...

2026-2 Careful What You Wish For...

Image
All I Want For Christmas... Most of us have heard the old saying, “Be careful what you wish for.” This next incident drives that saying home in a big way, with a deadly outcome. It will highlight the failures of Oklahoma's Constitutional Carry law. Noting that the state omitted any requirements for its citizens to complete firearms safety training or, familiarization and proficiency training concerning the firearm they choose to carry in public. It will also show the lawful gun owner's lack of common sense and lack of concern for the public's safety. 2026-1 PUBLIC ENDANGERMENT BY "LAWFUL" GUN OWNER

Image
Public Endangerment At The Hands of a “Lawful” Gun Owner This incident will highlight the failures of the Georgia state government to protect its citizens due to lax gun regulations that are often referred to as “constitutional carry” laws. It also highlights the fact that many Americans are incapable of taking on the responsibilities of gun ownership, and how their lack of responsibility endangers other citizens within their community. CAN'T TOUCH THIS?

Image
We all understand that as lawfully armed citizens, we are solely responsible for the security of our firearms. To prevent their theft or unauthorized use. It's not a difficult task. It takes only a measurable amount of thought and simple steps to ensure our firearms remain secure. However, many thousands of armed citizens fail at this responsibility every year. Even those of us whose job it is to enforce the laws concerning firearms and who routinely carry firearms on a daily basis, also fail miserably at their responsibility. Quick flashback to December of 2017. It was around 0330hrs in the wee hours of the morning. A respectable residential neighborhood. A 16-year-old believed to be responsible for multiple vehicle burglaries in the area was not shy at checking to see if vehicles were left unsecured. This was not a dark corner or dimly lit street. The residential area was illuminated with dozens of Christmas decorations. Streaming rows of colored lights hung from rooftops. Inflat...

"I Forgot" Again...

Image
The “I Forgot” Excuse... Again Incident: Gun Seizure (loaded) at security checkpoint, found in carry-on bag (backpack). Location: Tweed Airport in New Haven, Connecticut Date//Time/Day: August 3 rd , 2023, Thursday afternoon Subject: 46yo South Carolina man Weapon: Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Shield (compact w/ external safety), loaded mag 8 rounds, one round in chamber, black finish. Excuse: When found by a TSA officer during screening at the security checkpoint the subject stated, he was in a rush and forgot to put the firearm in his checked luggage . We don't know where this SC man was headed, although we do know he missed his scheduled flight thanks to his lack of personal responsibility for being an armed citizen. Luckily other passengers on the flight were spared by not having a passenger on board who “forgot” he had a loaded gun in his carry-on bag. No one had to sit next to this person who could have unintentionally discharged the firearm while rummaging through his...

More Proof You Can't Handle It...

Image
I've spoken many times concerning the fact that most Americans can't handle real gun control. Real gun control is when a firearm owner takes full responsibility for their weapon and their individual actions with that weapon. The common sense concerning firearm purchase, possession, and safety has become erased from our collective memories. The blind mentality and interpretation of our constitution's second amendment, along with a submissive loyalty by many Americans to the NRA's misguided narrative about personal freedoms, have made us a nation of idiots.   Many states no longer require even the most basic of training concerning firearm safety and proper handling. The reason many of these states have eliminated training requirements is due to the political pressure and money that flows from the NRA into our nation's government. It is no wonder that we are seeing an increase in people doing stupid things with their firearms. There will always be an argument that it...

CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY WON'T STOP AN AMBUSH

Image
There are many states who like to brag about their constitutional carry laws. If you have a pulse and no criminal history, you can purchase and carry a firearm. Fair enough, although I'd have concerns about the lack of training and qualification for gun owners in these states. But thats for another story. In Arlington Texas, a hard working 36 year old husband and father of six children was arriving home on an early February morning around 0515hrs. As the victim was pulling into his driveway, he was ambushed by an armed individual who fired multiple rounds into his vehicle. The victim was struck multiple times. In video footage of the crime scene we can see that the victim's vehicle came to rest on the grassy area between the sidewalk and curb. It appeared the victim may have tried to turn the vehicle away from his attacker, however the rounds fired hit their mark and the victim traveled only a short distance off the driveway and came to rest on the sidewalk in front of his home...
